The filter is installed at entrance of pipe, near to a flowmeter. Its main function is to filtrate particles contained in tested fluid, so as to ensure the flowmeter to be normally operating . As a piping accessory of home-made positive displacement meter with unified design (elliptic gear, roots flowmeter and helical rotor flowmeter), the filter can be used in multiple fluid conveying pipelines, especially in high precision flowmeter system, the filter is an indispensably auxiliary device.

1. Working pressure (MPa): 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3

2. Working temperature(°C): -20~100, 120~200

3. Medium viscosity(mPa.s): 500 for ordinary supply, more than 500 for special supply.

4. Material requirements: a) Casing: cast iron (A), cast steel (E) and corrosion-resisting steel (B and C)

                     b) Filtering screen: copper mesh and stainless wire screen

5. Applied standard: Q/JD2.005-2004

6. Flange standard :JB/T79~82-1994    GB/T9112-2000

7. Screw standard of limber hole:type Y filter: M27×1.5(M30×2.5 for high pressure)
